Really interesting article. I think you are on to something when it comes down to world class cities that have become "brands". But do you think your article only applies to the cities? Or to the whole USA that seems to have a housing crisis?

I think the aggolmation is only city specific. My proposed solution is do things to drive people to the small towns. Many feel like they must move to a metropolis to find work. What if we reversed that trend?

I think remote work should be encourared, and new offices and factories should not be put in these super cities. Spread the love.

I’m with you there! Unfortunately the remote work dream of the early 2020s has fizzled quite a bit, which is a shame because it really is one of the most powerful levers we have.

We need to do something to bring people back to the small towns.
